Our target
PrimeTime’s current design targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a practical design and testing target, not a claim that every possible barrier has been eliminated.
What the site is designed to support
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic headings, labels, links, buttons, and native disclosure controls.
- Readable contrast, responsive text, and layouts that adapt to mobile screens.
- Alternative text for meaningful PrimeTime photographs.
- Reduced-motion preferences for non-essential animation, plus a pause/play control for the hero video.
- A native quote dialog with close controls before and after the form, plus a direct-link alternative.

Report a barrier
Please describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, the problem you encountered, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology involved. That context helps the issue be reproduced and corrected.
Third-party tools and ongoing work
The embedded BlueWorks quote form and email, text, phone, hosting, or other third-party services may have accessibility features outside PrimeTime’s control. A direct link to the quote form appears below the embedded form. PrimeTime can also help by phone or email, and the site will be re-reviewed when forms or other integrations materially change.
Known limitation: some BlueWorks form controls may not consistently announce their labels or selected state to every screen reader, and an Escape keystroke pressed while focus is inside the embedded form cannot close the surrounding website dialog. Keyboard users can reach the visible “Close quote form” control after the form, use the close control above it, open the form in a new tab, or contact PrimeTime for assistance.
