1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the PrimeTime Co. website and direct website-related communications. PrimeTime Co. is the customer-facing name used by Preston Sales LLC. PrimeTime is a service-area window-cleaning business serving Licking County and Central Ohio.
2. The quote tool on this website
The quote tool displays a form provided by BlueWorks, PrimeTime’s customer-management and intake-form provider. The form loads only after you choose a quote button. You may also open the same form directly in a new tab.
When you submit the form, the information you enter is sent to BlueWorks and made available to PrimeTime in its BlueWorks workspace so the team can review and follow up on your request. Simply opening or closing the form does not submit a quote request.
3. Information PrimeTime may receive
When you submit the quote form or contact PrimeTime directly, PrimeTime may receive:
- Your name, phone number, and any email address you choose to provide.
- The service address and whether the property is residential or commercial.
- The type of window cleaning requested, approximate exterior-window count, and desired timing.
- How you found PrimeTime and any optional attribution details you provide.
- Optional job details you include in the notes field.
- Records of communications and any later quote or service relationship.
Please do not submit access codes, payment-card information, government identification, or other sensitive information through the quote form.
4. How information may be used
PrimeTime may use information you send to:
- Respond to questions and prepare or discuss a quote.
- Confirm availability, scope, access, and scheduling.
- Provide requested services and keep appropriate business records.
- Protect the website, customers, team, and business from misuse or security issues.
- Comply with law or address a dispute.
A quote request is not treated as permission for unrelated promotional email or text campaigns.
5. Hosting, analytics, cookies, and technical data
The hosting provider may process limited request information—such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security logs—to deliver and protect the site. Strictly necessary security technologies may also be used by the hosting platform.
PrimeTime uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and whether the site helps people reach useful actions. Measurement may include pages viewed, referral information, general browser or device information, quote-form opens, phone-link selections, and whether a quote request reaches the confirmation page. PrimeTime does not send quote answers, names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or notes to Google Analytics.
Analytics storage is denied by default. If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. If you choose “No thanks,” that optional storage remains denied; Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals. You can reopen “Analytics choices” in the footer at any time. PrimeTime has disabled Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in its website tag. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Selecting a quote button loads the BlueWorks form. BlueWorks and services it uses—including Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center analytics, and Google Maps—may then receive technical and usage information and use technologies needed to deliver, measure, secure, and operate the form. BlueWorks’ own technologies and choices are separate from PrimeTime’s site-wide Analytics choice.
6. When information may be disclosed
Quote-form information is handled by BlueWorks on PrimeTime’s behalf. Information you send may also be handled by hosting, communication, scheduling, or other providers used to operate the business. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction. PrimeTime does not make broader promises about “never sharing” because ordinary providers must process information to deliver requested communications and services.
7. Retention and security
The PrimeTime website does not keep a separate website database of quote-form entries. Submitted requests are stored in PrimeTime’s BlueWorks workspace and may remain in BlueWorks, email, text, or other business systems as reasonably needed for quotes, service, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. PrimeTime uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to submit the quote form and contact PrimeTime directly. You may also ask about information you previously submitted or request correction or deletion where appropriate, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. Contact primetimewindows1@gmail.com.
9. Children, outside links, and changes
This site is intended for people seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. Links, embedded services, email apps, text apps, and other websites are also governed by their providers’ practices. PrimeTime may update this policy as the website and business systems change; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
